Introduction

Just Cheese is a local Midlands small scale cheese manufacturer under the wings of MJ.

MJ emigrated to South Africa about 8 years ago, and started her cheese making venture in 2010.

Coming from Holland, she was missing the taste of a good cheese. So after several month experimenting in the kitchen and consulting her “ Dutch cheese making friends in Holland “ she got the recipe right and started to sell her cheese locally ( Greytown area ).

In March 2011 Just Cheese expanded their area to Karkloof, Howick and the Midland Meander. As of today MJ can be find every Saturday morning on the Karkloof Farmers Market where she cuts the round cheeses to the consumers needs.
